About

Young creative soul

I'm a creative soul born and raised on the island of Jersey. Living on an island gave me a love of being carefree and out there, which I try to make sure I incorporate in my work. I try to stay unexpected and keep it fresh and let ideas come organically!

My Work

The idea of this project was based around 'Made with Love'. I was tasked to create an advert that felt handmade, just as Ben and Jerrys ice cream is. I tried keeping to the companies usual style whilst also making sure it was out there to get noticed. I predominantly used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for this project.

This was a copy Based campaign I did for KITKAT. My idea was based around trying to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. I made sure to keep the copy chatty and casual to keep KITKAT's tone of voice similar to the real brands advertising since this was copy based. I used Photoshop for this project.

This project was to celebrate Disney's 100 year anniversary. My creative partner and I decided to focus on nostalgia and and climate change. We wanted to appeal to Disney's audience and encourage action against climate change by 'protecting the magic of tomorrow', which was our tagline. I used Procreate on my iPad for the art direction on this project

For this Nescafé brief I wanted to try and promote Nescafé as the go to brand for young adults in education. The idea behind it is to fuel your motivation by drinking Nescafé coffee. I kept the art direction simple as a sort of 'posh scamp' style and used just a good ol' marker pad and pen!

For this quick little idea I decided to design some visual metaphors for Nando's sauces. I decided to design a 'flavour bomb', a lighter for the hot sauce and designed to bottle as a vegetable growing to show how organic it is. I kept the copy simple, only to compliment the visual metaphor and to link with it. I just scamped it out with my marker pen and pad

TESTIMONIALS

“The personification of a botanical garden, only with ideas instead of flowers! Gabbi is a fan of creative collaboration and never puts a limit on what she can come up with for her brief."
